**Short Description**:
The Project Executive will be responsible for the general administration of project-related operations, execution of activities and research support. This role involves managing timelines, supporting data collection, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage general administration tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, presentations, and handling procurement processes.
- Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project goals and provide updates during meetings.
- Assist in data collection and literature review
- Maintain accurate records of training, participant attendance, and programme feedback.
- Support administrative needs, including organising materials for meetings and events, tracking project milestones, and ensuring proper record-keeping.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications, preferably in office administration or project management.
- At least 2 years of working experience, with some exposure to project administration and support.
- Strong interest in eldercare.
- Excellent coordination, administrative, and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task effectively, manage time efficiently, and demonstrate resourcefulness.
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
