The Office of Graduate Studies oversees that governance and development of graduate programmes in the University, which range from Graduate Certificates, Graduate Diplomas, Master's Degrees and Doctoral Degrees, working closely with the Schools and various academic units in the University. It also directly manages two cross disciplinary degree programmes (i.e. the Master of Social Sciences, and Doctor of Philosophy).

The role of the Executive is to provide administrative support for the efficient and effective operation of the Office of Graduate Studies. The Executive will work closely with the Manager under the direction of the Director.
- Provide administrative support for the governance of graduate programmes, and supporting office administration and occasional event planning and organisation.
- Support the development and growth of graduate programmes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Good digital skills (e.g. Microsoft Office).
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous and yet efficient.
- Those with relevant work experience will have an advantage.
