The SUSS Core emphasises socio-cultural competence and social responsibility, fostering sustainable, reciprocal engagement with partners on real-world issues. The Executive/Senior Executive (Global Learning) reports to the Head (Global Learning) and is responsible for supporting the administration of short-term mobility programmes and Semester Exchange to achieve the strategic and operational goals of the SUSS Core. **What You Will Be Doing**: **Semester Exchange Programme** - Manage administration and operations ensuring seamless coordination of inbound and outbound student mobility with partner institutions. - Maintain programme documentation during planning, implementation, and post-programme review phases. - Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with students, SUSS faculty and representatives of partner institutions to support the effective delivery of the semester exchange programme. - Support semester exchange programme marketing and student engagement efforts. - Conduct pre-departure briefings, ensure compliance and implementation of crisis management protocols for student travels. - Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records related to student mobility data, partnerships and outcomes. - Manage the administration of credit recognition. **Short-term Immersion** - Provide administrative and logístical support for the overseas component of the NIE351 Interdisciplinary Global Learning course - Manage student travel arrangements including flight bookings, accommodation and land arrangements in consultation with instructors and partner institutions. - Manage vendor and contract management. - Conduct pre-departure briefings, ensuring compliance and implementation of crisis management protocols for student travels. - Overseas travel may be required to support instructors in the management of students and logistics. Budget administration and management: - Collate budget and expenditure data. - Support procurement and finance administration to process payments for vendors and suppliers. **Others** - Administer grants and awards for students on Global Learning programmes. - Support department events and activities, as well as university-wide projects and activities. - Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor **Job Requirements**: - Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of experience within an institution of higher learning or operations in a university/educational setting would be an advantage. - Proven experience in the administration of student mobility programmes. - Perform administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness. - Ability to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of student data. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders. - Excellent teamwork capabilities, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently and collaboratively. - Excellent coordination, administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Flexibility for international travel. **What We Offer**: At SUSS, we advocate the Spirit of Learning and pride ourselves as lifelong learners.
