Service Experience Executive

**Description**
- Plans, develops, and executes Service Excellence strategies and programmes
- Analyses customer service-related data to draw insights for designing effective service excellence programmes
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and sector agencies
- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each internal client’s specific training needs
- Track programmes’ progress, industry-related related information/statistics
- Developing rapport with key decision-makers
- Provide timely administrative reports to the management
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline, preferably with 2 years’ related experience in a similar capacity
- Strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationship
- Excellent written and verbal communications, and project management skills.
- Meticulous and inquisitive attitude with strong follow-up skills
- Team player with a high level of initiative and able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with the spectrum of marketing communications and Advanced Certification in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and/or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
