Information Technology Audit Manager - Financial Services Our client is an international mid‐tier consulting firm with a growing regional presence and a strong reputation for delivering practical, high‐impact solutions to their global clients across industries. As part of their continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Audit Manager to join their Risk & Assurance team. About the role: As an IT Audit Manager, you will lead and deliver IT audit and advisory engagements across the financial services space – banks, wealth management, asset management etc. Working closely with cross‐functional teams to assess technology risk, evaluate internal controls, and drive improvements that matter, you will engage with clients from all walks of life. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute IT general controls, application controls, and cybersecurity audits across the financial services space; any exposure to financial institutions, payments or asset management will be highly regarded Lead client engagements, including risk assessments, control testing, and reporting, ensuring high‐quality and timely delivery. Identify IT risks and improvement opportunities, and provide practical, business‐focused recommendations. Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering development and knowledge sharing. Support external financial audits with IT‐related components (e.g., SOC1/2, ITGCs for audit reliance). Contribute to service innovation, methodology enhancement, and client relationship development. Qualifications: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CIA, or equivalent (or in progress). Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in IT audit, risk, or advisory with a fair amount of exposure to banks or financial institutions. Strong understanding of IT frameworks and standards (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, SOX). Solid project management and communication skills – able to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver with impact. A self‐starter with strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
