**ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - MOI Global**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Director to join the MOI team. This exciting senior role is a great opportunity for a talented and passionate Account Director to work on one of the world’s leading technology clients. The role demands clear thinking and experience in developing integrated marketing programmes.

You would lead the client team providing strategic direction, financial control and day-to-day operations of the accounts, helping to lead a busy account team in the planning, creation and implementation of campaigns while ensuring quality of work and delivery of services to the highest standard.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships so that you can advise them with their marketing strategies
- Bringing in new business both from current and new clients
- Staying on top of new technology/IT market trends and b2b marketing solutions
- Managing finances and creating forecasts to ensure accounts stay within budget
- Supporting the team with preparing proposals and delivering client work
- Helping to grow and manage the team, providing them with guidance and supporting their development

**What you need**:

- At least 10 years’ experience working in integrated marketing agencies
- Strong experience delivering b2b marketing campaigns, with a deep understanding of the differences between b2b and b2c
- A passion for the IT and tech industries with knowledge of the latest trends and challenges
- Experience managing teams with a passion for helping people to develop
