Senior Finance Manager, Asia

Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for an experienced Senior Finance Manager, Asia. The role will be reporting to General Manager Finance - Asia, providing high value add insights, analysis and financial reporting at a portfolio level across the APAC Region.

- The primary role objective of the Senior Finance Manager, Asia is to establish, lead and improve the core capabilities for the Regional Finance Team to enhance the delivery of value adding services to the Business at a portfolio, segment and Regional level.
- Key responsibilities include:

- Lead a highly skilled, initiative focused team to deliver performance insights and analytics for growth and optimization opportunities across the Region Provide strategic advice and insights to the Regional CFO across the region that allows for the implementation of strategic initiatives as well as day to day operations
- Lead a team to deliver the planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes across the Region
- Lead a team to design, execute and program manage Finance improvement initiatives that support the future needs of the Regional business
- Target a culture of customer, by maintaining a thorough understanding of the resourcing requirements to meet the needs of the Finance Business Partners across the Region
- Develop our people by establishing, maintaining and improving the required Finance capabilities to deliver against the diverse and evolving requirements of the Regional Finance function
- Co-ordinate with the regional Head of Enterprise services and Business units to build capacity and agility within the function through the establishment of an optimized service delivery model, enabled by a continued focus on simplification and enhancement of Finance systems and processes
- Co-ordinate and lead the region to deliver on external reporting requirements. Statutory reporting requirements in Region require all entities to prepare and lodge financial statements, Lead the team to deliver consistent reports and manage the statutory audit requirements.
- Manage the Group requirements for management and statutory reporting including the co-ordination of the local Group audit team
- Lead on the corporate structuring requirements of the Region and co-ordinate Group Structuring Committee Requirements
- Lead on the financial operations of the Region and co-ordinate Group Financial Operations Forum requirements
- Co-ordinate and assist the regional head of Enterprise services ensure the regional finance system requirements, implementation of initiatives and ensure system training program is developed for the finance function and that systems are being implemented and used as designed
- Maintain the regional governance framework for finance
- To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and technical post tertiary qualifications which may include CA or CPA qualifications. Post graduate qualifications desirable- Evidence experience in all areas of Finance, Business and Leadership competencies with emphasis on the key competencies outlined below- 10-15 years experience in financial reporting, financial planning & analytics or a related field
