**JOB TITLE: SENIOR REGIONAL FINANCE MANAGER, ASIA**

Reports to: Regional President

Location: Singapore, Kallang

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee Asia Regional Headquarters Accounting team
- Provide advisory & consultancy support to subsidiaries located across Singapore and Asia countries including India
- Review financial reports & management reports of Asia region & its subsidiaries
- Review & manage foreign currency exposure of Spore subsidiary receivables/payables
- Supports subsidiaries as joint bank signatory
- Support management on group finance matters like disbursement of loans to subsidiaries, dividend matters
- Act as front-line liaison with local banks, auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary where needed in handling banking, audit, tax & corporate secretarial matters
- Review internal working procedures, ensure they are kept up-to-date and implement appropriate measures/ controls from time to time to improve corporate governance for the group
- Responsible for coordination and preparation of yearly budget including reviewing operating expenses budgets of subsidiaries
- Supports Japan head-office in its internal audit function, assuming the role of corporate auditor for certain subsidiaries.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Accounting, qualified ACCA an advantage
- Minimum 8-10 years in Accounting/Audit profession in a senior managerial position
- Experience in preparation of yearly budgets/forecast
- Familiar with Spore corporate tax computation
- Regional exposure in Asia including India on accounting / tax matters
- Experience in hedging of foreign currency exposure is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with auditors, tax agent, consultants in resolving issues
- Good in MS office skills
- Self-starter and independent with good work attitude
- Has eyes for details and willing to do detail work
- Can work alone as well as within a team
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Japanese language an advantage but not necessary
- Pleasant personality with proactive attitude, meticulous, committed and good working team spirit, good ability to work independently
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
