**Responsibilities**
- Manage the regional and local supply chain team in the creation, implementation and delivery of the global functional strategy, initiatives and budgeted targets.
- Strategically plan and manage regional sourcing and logistics. Standardization and efficiency of supply chain end-to-end processes.
- Provide guidance and international trade compliance regulations and responsible for the trade compliance and supply chain support in Asia.
- Develop global relationships and KPI measurements with the selected providers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of workflows, templates and processes; maintain project timelines
- Interprets data received from more individual contributors and develops recommendations that optimize performance.
- Leads cross-functional project teams, providing mentoring and guidance.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Logistic/ Transportation or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in developing strategic logistics / trade solutions is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
