**The Challenge**
We are looking for a supply chain change leader in the Asia Pacific (APAC) Region to bring our internal processes to the next execution and integration level, by shaping a more customer centricity approach, implementing the new way of working and preparing the area for the future.
You will lead the Regional Order Fulfilment and Logistics organization and have a direct link to the Regional Sales Vice-President, by being part of his Leadership Team.
As member also of the Global Supply Chain Leadership team, you will develop and drive improvements in the regional SC operations strategy. You will work closely together with the BU SC Managers and the Sales Vice-President.
In a Customer Centric approach, you will create a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement and key improvement projects in the Order-to-Cash (OtC), Logistics processes and Customer Service activities. You are responsible for optimizing delivery reliability within agreed service levels and minimize SC complaints and supply chain costs for the region.
You will co-lead the Global OtC and Logistics improvement platforms, to leverage the improvements globally and help to implement the Global SC vision, and have a standing invitation to the Regional Sales Management Team meetings.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Represent APAC in the global Supply Chain Leadership Team as a reliable business partner and team up with other critical departments like Manufacturing and Sales
- Represent the SC team in the Sales Leadership Team as a reliable business partner
- Develop excellent relations with the Sales Managers/ Director of the different business units
- Manage your team and develop your people in the customer service, order handling and logistics activities
- Stimulate and coach tandems of Customer Care Assistants and Account Manager in a customer centric approach
- Maintain and improve customer service levels together with the Regional Sales team and with support of the BU SC managers
- Lead/ implement and drive the key priorities projects to improve the region performance and act as regional implementation leader for the global projects
- Manage the contracted third-party logistics providers together with DSM Sourcing and regularly review performance versus agreed service levels
- Co-own the standard F&B structure and processes for Order Fulfillment and Logistics
- Be responsible for all SHE and HR aspects, related to the execution of the SC processes (with respect to both internal and external requirements)
- Formulate, get approval and manage the yearly cost budget for the Regional Order Fulfillment and Logistics department
**The Ideal**
- Experience in SCM and Sales processes, especially Order-to-Cash (OtC), Logistics & Sales
- Experience in managing teams over different locations
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Experience in working with or in Sales, Transportation, Planning
- Experience in change management and cultural transformation
- Good listening skills, operationally savvy
