Singapore LTA Land Transport Authority Full time

You will be part of the Cybersecurity team and be required to work with internal stakeholders to perform offensive security assessments for land transport systems. This role focuses on competency in technical delivery and aptitude for cybersecurity consultancy.

We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity personnel who will be responsible for the following:

- Develop and maintain security testing plans, security testing methodology and supporting documentation and processes.
- Support stakeholders in providing guidance to remediate security risks based on security testing and assessments.
- Develop meaningful metrics to reflect the true posture of the environment allowing the system owners to make informed decisions based on the key risk indicators.
- Deliver both technical and management presentations to articulate the assessments including the recommendations.
- Create, develop, and implement Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).
- Develop novel attack vectors based on newly discovered vulnerabilities.
- Provide support for LTA counterparts in reviewing VAPT plans and reports performed by external vendors.
- Conduct in-house training and technical sharing.

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering or related discipline.
- Singapore citizen with relevant technical knowledge and skills in IT and OT systems.
- At least 5 years of working experience in penetration testing roles.
- Possess one or more professional penetration testing-specific certifications such as CREST, OSCP, etc.
- Strong interest and passion in security testing.
- Experience using security testing tools such as Nexpose/Nessus, BurpSuite, Metasploit, etc.
- High proficiency in manual and automated techniques for VAPT.
- Able to recommend use of appropriate security testing tools and experienced in deploying.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
