[What the role is]

PRINCIPAL / SENIOR EXECUTIVE, NATIONAL ELECTRIC VEHICLE CENTRE (1-YEAR CONTRACT)

[What your will be working on]

You will be part of LTA’s newly formed National Electric Vehicle Centre (NEVC). The NEVC spearheads the promotion of electric vehicle (EV) adoption, regulating and planning the deployment of EV charging systems, and the development of an EV ecosystem in Singapore.

In this role, we are looking for dynamic and outspoken personnel to engage the community to drive the installation of EV Chargers in non-landed private residences, help administer the Electric Vehicle Common Charger Grant, and assist with other operational and desktop research work.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Engagement with stakeholders and community through meetings with developments, carry out public education programmes and publicity campaigns on LTA’s initiatives at community gatherings and co-organise community events with grassroots
- To assist in addressing any grassroots feedback or query on transitioning to EVs and LTA’s charger deployment plans
- To update LTA.GOV website regularly and ensure that public communications on all aspects of EVs are up to date
- Site Spot Checks
- Handle requests and enquiries related to ECCG and prepare reports to monitor take-up rates
- Assist with operational and desktop research

[What we are looking for]
- Diploma in Engineering or Business Administration / Management
- At least 2 years of stakeholder engagement experience are preferred
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with team members and external stakeholders
- Meticulous, able to work on multiple projects and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
