The team provides day-to-day fleet and logistical support for enforcement operations. Conducting checks to ensure fleet readiness for deployment to operational teams. Engaging with operational teams and external vendors (e.g., for fleet maintenance such as repairs and servicing), sourcing repair quotes, and assessing and evaluating repair work recommended and completed by vendors. Managing the fleet management system. Tracking fleet-related data such as mileage, repair costs, etc. Managing and facilitating issuance of uniform and enforcement equipment to officers. Assisting in the procurement process by obtaining budgetary quotes. What we are looking for Required to possess a Class 3 driving license, and preferably a Class 2 license as well. Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics and Fleet/Transport Management. No experience may also be considered. Familiar with workplace environmental, health, and safety aspect of operations would be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Pleasant personality with good command of spoken and written English. Team player with a positive attitude, is self-motivated and able to work independently. As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
