**[What you will be working on]**

You will harness the potential of AI in LTA. You will be overseeing the organisation’s AI projects and fostering collaboration to synergize AI efforts across different teams. In addition, you will be involved in leading initiatives to uplift internal AI capabilities and engaging with sectoral and industry partners. Beyond these, You will design, experiment, deploy AI solutions and propel the development of innovative land transport solutions forward.

**[What we are looking for]**
- Knowledge in a relevant technical field that includes AI
- Strong passion in the latest developments in AI technologies, methodologies, and governance best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and drive alignment on AI strategies
- Strong knowledge in machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and data visualisation tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Experience working with large language models and computer vision is preferred
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for AI development and deployment
- Familiarity with data management, relational databases and SQL
