**What you’ll be doing**:
- Provide support for Bitstamp’s products, and serve as a domain expert across multiple channels.
- Support Bitstamp’s top-tier clients - liaising across multiple client-channels as the domain expert.
- Provide white glove support to our highest priority global clients in an articulate and empathetic manner while building long-term relationships.
- Drive impactful changes across workflows and tools in collaboration with sales, engineering, and product teams.
- Embed and operationalize new and existing processes in the APAC region.
- Facilitate pre and post onboarded client calls - highlighting key product features and answering technical related questions.
- Manage post-sales onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing customer support - including managing product and technical queries, and reporting requests.
- Act as a liaison point for top-tier clients and internal teams including Business Development, Product and Compliance, in order to provide exceptional customer support and a seamless customer experience.
- Work as part of a geographically disbursed team.
**Who we’re looking for**:
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role ideally in customer support, client services, or B2B account management.
- Experience working with a technical product will be preferred.
- Experience in being the liaison point for top tier clients, as well as cross-functional teams.
- Team player with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a geographically disbursed environment.
- Empathetic client management, with a continuous strive towards providing exceptional customer support and a seamless customer experience for clients.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of internal stakeholders and clients.
Available for occasional international travel for client and staff meetings.
- Working understanding or a keen interest in the cryptocurrency ecosystem
- Fluent in English with Chinese language skills is highly desirable.
