**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- **Account Management**: Assist in managing client accounts by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate client records, document interactions, and prepare reports on client activities and service outcomes.
- **Service Coordination**: Facilitate smooth communication between clients and various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to client expectations.
- **Issue Resolution**: Proactively identify and address potential client concerns, working to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to the Client Services team, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and organizing client-related documentation.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and analyze client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings and client satisfaction.
- **Project Assistance**: Support the planning and execution of client-related projects, including coordinating resources and tracking project progress.
- **Knowledge Maintenance**: Stay informed about company services, industry trends, and best practices to offer informed recommendations and insights to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Local diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a client-facing role or internship in client services is advantageous but not required.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- **Problem-Solving**: Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving client issues.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software and other client management tools.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
