**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sourcing & Purchasing Support**
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and evaluating product offerings for quality, reliability, and pricing.
- Support in negotiating basic purchase terms and order quantities.
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery.

**Vendor Management**
- Help maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure product availability and quality.
- Assist with supplier performance reviews and monitor compliance with agreed terms.
- Address any minor supplier issues or delays, escalating as necessary.

**Documentation & Compliance**
- Assist in preparing procurement contracts, purchase orders, and other related documentation.
- Ensure records are accurate and up-to-date for auditing purposes.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards, food safety, and internal policies.

**Cost & Inventory Support**
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control to prevent stockouts or wastage.
- Support cost-saving initiatives by researching market trends and pricing.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to ensure procurement aligns with business needs.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team for process improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Eagerness to learn and start a career in procurement.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with basic data entry.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction effectively.
