**IN BRIEF**

+ Provide strategic direction for all the business & investment-related activities & programs

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
+ Uphold EVYD’s vision in all activities.
+ Provide leadership, direction and management for enterprise & investment-related matters, including research, development and education, fund management, as well as international partnerships.
+ Lead and develop EVYD as a globally recognized healthcare technology company.
+ Provide strategic direction and motivation to EVYD staff to achieve organizational goals.
+ Build audiences & communities through programs & activities.
+ Plan for the continual improvement of EVYD and its services, with the focus to develop strategies & action plans to collaborate with globally recognized institutions, expand footprints and geographies.
+ Develop & deliver, with support from other EVYD staff as required, a range of programs at EVYD for the global operation & development.
+ Plan and implement the development of EVYD’s long term goals & visions.
+ Engage the community in the activities of EVYD and foster support for EVYD.
+ Actively pursue opportunities to develop, maintain and enhance key partnerships with various stakeholders including the Board, Committees, of EVYD.
+ Represent EVYD at meetings and external engagement.
+ Works collaboratively with other department heads, such as production, business development and operations, to define and deliver new products and enhancements.
+ Maintain a deep knowledge of the industry.
+ Demonstrate positive and professional conduct at all times, and lead by example.

**REQUIREMENTS**

+ Previous senior C-level leadership in a large size organization is required
+ Solid experience in private equity investments (E.g. over US$1 billion)
+ Solid experience in healthcare technology, healthcare equipment or services
+ Management consulting experience will be an added advantage
+ In-depth knowledge of healthtech industry
+ Strong experience in leading teams across several countries, and guiding business strategy from concepts to implementation
+ Have a large and quality network, including trusted healthcare providers, insurance organizations, private equity & consultants
+ Hands-on experience with complex project management
+ Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
+ Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
+ Excellent problem solver and attention to details
+ Ability to speak, read and write English & Chinese is required
+ Excited about the vision & mission of EVYD
