Senior Localization Manager- Tiktok Live

**Responsibilities**: **Qualifications**: Minimum Qualifications： 1. Educational Background in Localization, Translation, Linguistics, Business Administration, or a related field; 2. 3+ years of full-time experience in localization or translation project management, with hands-on experience using content management systems and/or translation management systems; 3. Solid understanding of the software localization lifecycle and the ability to manage end-to-end localization across product, design, and RD workflows; 4. Proven experience in the language and localization industry, including vendor management, quality management, and cross-functional collaboration; 5. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, process-driven, and results-oriented team player; 6. Effective communicator with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across different teams and seniority levels. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience in the live streaming, creator economy, or MCN agency industry; 2. Familiarity with AI technologies or technical skills such as Python, JavaScript, Regular Expressions, Markdown.
