Job Responsibilities Risk Research and Investigation: Monitor and Identify Risks: Continuously monitor the platform to identify potential risks and harmful content by issue and market Conduct Investigations: Perform in-depth investigations into controversial content and creator behaviors to assess risk levels. Analysis and Research: Apply both quantitative tools and qualitative methods to detect patterns and predict potential risks. Safety and Ecosystem Trust Solutions: Develop Solutions: Analyze identified risks and develop effective solutions to mitigate them. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams: Work closely with content moderation, policy development, and product teams to implement risk mitigation strategies. Evaluate Effectiveness: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments. Policy and Process Iterations: Policy Development: Assist in the development and refinement of content governance policies. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all policies meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. Feedback Integration: Collect and integrate feedback from users and stakeholders to improve policies. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, prefer but not limited to major in public policy, graduating between September 2024 to August 2025. Strong communication and written skills in English, able to work in an international and diverse environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in data analysis work is advantageous.
