Roles & Responsibilities - Research and analyze internal and external environments to deduce risk factors related to global and local Livestream business. - Create communication tools and internal documents to promote TikTok LIVE's positive impact on the organization amidst the local context. - Lead complicated cross-functional communication related to promoting the positive impact of the business; ensure communication is aligned with broader business strategy. - Draft and establish awareness campaign to increase visibility and impact of TikTok LIVE'S products. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree or above; 2-5 years of relevant working experience - Possess excellent business communication skills and outstanding business execution. - Maintain sensitivity to knowledge in the professional field, have strong curiosity, and have good logical thinking and summary ability; - Project management experience is preferred.
