Tiktok Live-senior Operations Strategy Analyst

It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves. As a senior operation strategy analyst, you will be responsible for strategy operations in TikTok global LIVE team - Understand and identify LIVE core metrics, establish core metrics monitoring system, and leverage learnings from data analysis to identify Livestream operation priorities globally. - Understand root reasons of core metrics fluctuation of different markets, identify key blockers for each market and help grow LIVE business market size in key markets. - Learn customer needs of livestream users and hosts in TikTok, describe user portrait and better meet customer demand through LIVE content improvement. - In charge of the growth module independently and team up with related teams to implement the growth strategy. - Define "Good LIVE contents" through qualitative and quantitative analysis, explore creative livestream model and further expand the model globally. - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 3 years of relevant experience in strategic analysis, product operations or similar environment in internet companies. Ideally to have experience in livestream industry or pan-entertainment industry. - Strong analytic, logical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail.Experience working with SQL and advanced proficiency in Excel. - Strong interest in livestream business, excellent in content understanding and summarizing key insights; - Highly motivated, thinking independently, with strong ownership and solving problems operationally. - Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating cross-team collaboration&communication, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - English proficiency is a must, and mandarin speaker is a plus.
