Description Content Governance & Ecosystem Operations - TikTok LIVE Responsibilities About the team: The PTE‑Scaled governance team is responsible for the end‑to‑end business results, such as the final results of ecological governance and LIVE monetization governance. At the same time, we must ensure that the governance experience does not impact business growth. With the development and expansion of the LIVE business, we also handle other projects beyond original governance projects, such as agency governance, model solution, and related initiatives. We need to evolve into a central role of scaled operations for overall LIVE and provide a one‑stop solution to the needs of scaled projects with a full lifecycle. We leverage both in-house and BPO resources to partner or integrate all business needs for high‑efficiency and high‑quality operations. More importantly, in 2025, the team will accelerate ROI improvement methods for overall operations to better balance cost and effectual output. Key Responsibilities Engage in TikTok LIVE content ecosystem governance system projects, improving the overall governance effectiveness and outcomes of the ecosystem through human moderation strategies and operational mechanisms. Manage content safety moderation projects, design reasonable strategies and goals based on business expectations, and work together with upstream and downstream stakeholders to promote the timely implementation of projects and achieve targets. Monitor key metrics of projects, deep dive on abnormal fluctuation, identify pain points, make resolution plans with all stakeholders and resolve top issues thoroughly. Collaborate closely with relevant internal and external teams, including regional operations, data analysis, technology, policy teams, etc., to manage the needs and expectations of external teams and overall facilitate the progress of the ecosystem governance project through collaboration. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, with 2 years or more experience in content security governance or community ecosystem operations. Deep understanding of the content industry, good community risk understanding, and high sensitivity to safety. Strong capabilities in content identification, data analysis, and summarization, able to effectively develop solutions by combining business forms and product logic. Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure, capable of understanding various requirements and integrating resources for cross‑departmental cooperation. Preferred Qualifications: Strong logical thinking, deep understanding of the Live industry, and results‑oriented approach. Ability to work independently and deliver results.
