Responsibilities Analyse large data sets and develop data-driven policies to enable the commerce business, evaluate partners\' behaviours, product trends, manage fulfillment and partners\' services. Analyse data to measure, identify, mitigate, and monitor risks to raise the overall ecommerce content and product listing ecosystem quality. Engage in risk discovery and develop policies to address new content and product quality and abuse trends. Maintain a keen understanding of the Northeast Asia market and conditions to inform strategy development. Responsible for partners\' and product as well as intellectual property compliance management, building up implementation processes and working closely with cross-functional partners to optimise enforcement systems. Investigate escalations, review and implement strategies and policies considering policies, business impact, and market conditions. Ensure constant improvements of key metrics for content, listing, and intellectual property risk mitigation, and enforcement accuracy. Promote transparency and understanding of policies, including assessing partners\' plans of action in response to enforcement actions. Act as an escalation point of contact and internal communications on all partners and listing governance issues. Support communications, enforcement actions, and data reporting for partners and listing enforcement and appeal programs. Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s)Strong bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in fields such as Engineering, Analytics, Economics, Social Sciences, Law. 4+ years experience developing, implementing, and managing policies and projects. Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets, including using data to drive decision making. Professional experience in Data Analysis, Content Policy, Ecommerce, Technology, Intellectual Property Protection, Strategy or Operations Management Consulting, Platform Governance, Trust and Safety Policy and Operations Management, Partner or Product Growth, Risk Analytics, Compliance, or Experience programmes. Familiarity with commerce, social media content landscape and ecosystem management, as well as strategic business sensitivity, will be advantageous. Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to propose complex solutions and explanations in writing. Japan language N1 qualification and fluency to work in Japan market. Preferred Qualification(s)Driven, excellent programme management and communication skills with the ability to plan for and manage complex projects, as well as influence multiple cross-functional teams to build and launch new policies and workflows.
