**OVERVIEW & IMPACT**:
Samsung Electronics Device Solutions is a global leader in Electronics and Semiconductor Industry. We have identified a need for as a replacement for a Senior Human Resources Leader to be stationed in Singapore to lead the regional Human Resources Team.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Develop and Implement HR Strategies**: Design and execute HR strategies that support the company's overall business goals, drive talent acquisition, development, and retention, and enhance organizational performance.
- **Lead HR Function**: Oversee the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team is equipped to deliver high-quality HR services.
- **Talent Management**: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
- **Organizational Development**: Drive organizational change and development initiatives to enhance business performance, improve employee engagement, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- **Employee Engagement and Culture**: Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and improve overall employee experience.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion**: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees.
- **HR Operations**: Ensure the effective delivery of HR services, including HRIS, payroll, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- **Business Partnering**: Work closely with senior leaders to drive business outcomes, provide strategic HR guidance, and support business planning and decision-making.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Minimal BS degree or comparable engineering degree preferred
- Minimal 15 years of working experience in relevant Semiconductor industry
- Minimal 10 years of relevant HR specialization experience in international company or regional role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Ability to speak and write in Korean Fluently is a must
