Team Head, Core Wealth (Vice President)

**Financial**
- Drive Core Wealth strategies to be aligned with the Bank's directives
- Responsible for the overall marketing activities of the team
- Develop and execute team's business plan and financial targets
- Manage closely the Cost Income Ratio (CIR) of the RMs
- Create networking synergies with other business units of OCBC

**Advisory Solution**
- Effectively leveraging on the bank's products and product teams to meet the investment needs of the clients, especially in the areas of Discretionary Fund Portfolios and Managed Investments
- To work with the Bank approved Insurance brokers to offer HNW Insurance solutions to clients.

**People and Talents**
- People management: plan, monitor and review RMs' work objectives or goals and improve staff effectiveness
- Coach, mentor, and train RMs within the team to achieve team's target
- Responsible for setting direction for the team and developing annual targets and objectives of individual RMs
- Support RMs in dealing with business opportunities and issues

**Compliance, Process, Risk Management**
- Must be conversant in all the marketing guidelines of the countries covered by the team
- Ensure all team members adhere to compliance, policies and guidelines
- Takes proactive steps to manage credit and reputational risks in the course of relationship management

**Qualifications**

**Work Experience Requirements**
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills

**Education Requirements**
- Good university degree
- CACS Papers 1 and 2
