**HIGHLIGHTS**

Position: Senior Purchasing Executive

Industry: Manufacturing

Working hours: 5.5 Days, Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm, Sat 8:30 to 12:30

Basic Salary: $2,500 to $4,500 (Salary commensurate according to experiences)

Working location: Jurong

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Monitoring inventory and issuing orders to refill stock
- Liaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time
- Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely
- Preparing daily materials receiving report and monthly stock report
- Maintaining material in and out reports timely
- Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity (including unloading), quantity and quality of delivered goods
- Reporting on purchases made and performing cost analyses
- Updating all records of purchased products, suppliers list
- Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price, quality and logístical expenses to ensure the best deal
- Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts
- Attending and contributing to company meetings if necessary
- Attending events, factory, shows, and exhibitions to network with vendors and view new products if necessary

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level qualifications
- Experience in shipment processes, import and export will be preferred
- Able to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure
- Meticulous, time management and decision-making skills
- Able to work in a team and follow company guidelines
- Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior
- Able to work OT when required
- Able to start work immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
