Project Sales Coordinator/ Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Fulfill client contentment.
- Coordinating all customer service matters between coworkers and branch offices.
- Keep an eye on the company's branch office service quality.
- Client documentation, such as service cards, handover confirmations, maintenance records, proof slips, training presets, and handover wrapping.
- Manage projects in a cost-effective, timely, and client-satisfied manner.
- Reports every week as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1 - 2 years of project management and coordination experience
- Prior experience working in IT-related industry will be an added advantage
