Overview We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Sales and Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Responsibilities Prepare proposal, and paperwork, such as quotation, sales order / purchase orders, and others. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and project progress. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams, subcontractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in the monitoring of project timelines and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule. Provide administrative support on sales related tasks. Assist in customer service (work with customers directly when necessary). Coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and project completion within schedule. Monitor and report on project progress, performance and issues, and taking corrective actions as needed. Arrangement of delivery. Monitor and track sales orders from initiation to fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed promptly and accurately. Perform any ad hoc related task. Requirements . 1-2 years of work experience in sales support with electrical background. . Able to prioritize and organize task. . Good interprersal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors. . Independent and able to work with minimum supervision. . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail . Positive attitude, strong initiative and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment . Able to communicate and write with Mandrain. . Diploma in Engineering or a related field. . Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
