Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries As they continue to grow, they are seeking a **Sales HelpDesk Manager** to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:

- ****Oversee and guide the Sales Helpdesk Team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and service delivery.
- Sales Support:
- Serve as the primary support for the global sales team, delivering timely answers and solutions to their questions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address issues and optimize workflows for the sales process.

**Communication and Presentation**:

- ****Maintain effective communication channels with the sales team, keeping them informed about resources, updates, and best practices.
- Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate strategies and insights to the sales team.

**Performance Monitoring**:

- ****Track team performance metrics to ensure high-quality service and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

**Knowledge Management**:

- ****Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, including FAQs and process documentation, to support the sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or helpdesk role, with prior management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
