**Responsibilities**
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to identify customers who are willing to share their story to help other businesses like them
- Lead process to produce high quality customer story content, including case studies, press releases, and customer video content
- Collaborate with Product teams, Customer Success teams, and customers to gather information for creating compelling and interactive case studies that align with Marketing and Business goals
- You will support the creation and distribution of Marketing assets including customer case studies, story slides for Sales, webinars, video testimonial, social media content, press releases, and more
- Prepare questions for customer interviews, conduct interviews, and work with Marketing and Product teams to create written and video testimonials that showcase the value and benefits of SHIELD products and services for use by Marketing and Sales teams
- Develop creative, new ways to tell customer stories that turn customer stories into emotional and inspiring brand awareness content

**Requirements**:

- 5+ year of proven experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a related role
- Significant experience in B2B technology marketing with a keen understanding of the Internet ecosystem and technical audiences
- Experience writing customer case studies and producing customer videos that showcase customer success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
