**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative and Sales support to sales team
- Assist sales team with Sales quotations, Sales order/confirmation, Proforma Invoice.
- Attend to customer on spare parts enquiry and purchase.
- Manage inventory, update inventory position, assist annual stock take.
- Attend to phone calls.
- Coordinate courier and freight -forwarding deliveries.
- Assist sales team to perform product demonstration.
- Attend to events/exhibitions as and when required.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Good proficiency in Microsoft office and administrative work
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Hardworking, well-organized, detail-oriented and good team player.
- At least 1 to 2 years of Sales or Admin experience.
- Product training will be provided.
- Comfortable working in Yishun
