Looking for customer-oriented individuals to join us in servicing families with home care needs. In this role, you will foster close relationships with families to understand their home care requirements and match suitable caregivers for them. Attractive 5-days per week + office hours + located right above MRT station

**About Anglo Nurses**

Anglo Nurses Pte Ltd is a home care employment agency specialised in placements of foreign live-in caregivers and trained helpers with families with home care needs for elderly and persons with disabilities. We are conveniently located in the medical centre right above Kent Ridge MRT Station.

As a **Customer Service Executive**, you will be tasked with:

- Answering customer enquiries, reviewing customer home care requirements and identifying suitable caregivers or maids based on the requirements.
- Conducting interviews for employers with caregivers and maids.
- Explaining regulatory requirements to employers on the hiring of migrant domestic workers as well as agency contractual terms.
- Conducting post-placement calls with employers. Counselling and mediation as needed.
- Other ad hoc operational matters

**What does this Job Offer You?**
- 5-day work week, office hours, 9:30AM - 6:30PM, Rest day would be one weekday and one Sunday.
- No Experience is required. Training and coaching will be provided.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Competent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work with MS Word and Excel.
- Enjoys connecting with people, listening to their needs and serving them.
- It would be useful to the job if you can converse in an additional language such as Mandarin / Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Indonesia to be able to conduct interviews with prospective employers and caregivers / maids.
- Willing to train and pass the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic) before starting your job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,100.00 per month
