**Overview**:

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and systems that ensure compliance with security standards and regulations. Your role will involve developing strategies and solutions to prevent unauthorized access, manage user access privileges, and protect sensitive customer information.

**Description**:

- Develop and implement IAM policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations such as PCI DSS and GLBA
- Monitor user activity and investigate suspicious behavior or security breaches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate risks related to IAM
- Develop strategies and solutions to prevent unauthorized access, manage user access privileges, and protect sensitive customer information
- Provide guidance and support to end-users regarding IAM-related issues and questions
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to IAM and security in the banking industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM or related security field in the banking industry
- Strong understanding of IAM principles and best practices in the banking industry
- Experience with IAM tools such as Active Directory, LDAP, and IAM platforms in the banking industry
- Familiarity with security standards and regulations specific to the banking industry such as FFIEC and OCC guidelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
