**IAM Engineer**

**Working Hour: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm**

**Working Location: Central**

**Responsibilities**:
Identity and Access Management Solutions: Develop, configure, and deploy IAM solutions that align with the organization's security policies and compliance requirements.

User Provisioning and Authentication: Manage user accounts, access controls, and authentication mechanisms to ensure proper access and security levels for different user roles.

Role-based Access Control: Implement role-based access control models to streamline user access and enforce least-privilege principles.

Access Governance: Establish access governance procedures to regularly review and recertify user access rights, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulations.

Privileged Access Management (PAM): Implement and manage PAM solutions to secure privileged accounts and monitor privileged access.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Configure and maintain MFA solutions to enhance the security of critical systems and data.

Security Incident Response: Collaborate with the security team in handling security incidents related to access management.

IAM Policy Management: Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and guidelines for the organization.

Identity Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire identity lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring timely provisioning and deprovisioning of access rights.

Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor IAM systems for any suspicious activities and conduct periodic audits to maintain the integrity of IAM controls.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IAM Engineer or similar role, with hands-on experience in IAM implementation and management.

Familiarity with identity and access management standards, such as OAuth, OICD, SAML, and LDAP.

Experience with IAM tools such as Azure AD, or similar platforms.
