We are seeking an energetic, forward-thinking professional to join our Information Technology group in our IT Risk Management and Security (ITRMS) organization. This position will be part of the Cybersecurity Engineering (CE) Identity & Access Management (IAM) team and is responsible for enabling secured access and connectivity to digital assets in our Company’s on-premises and cloud environments.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), take the lead in discussions, assessing IAM security products and identify roadmaps, enhancements, or remediation efforts.
- Propose and align with IAM functional leads or manager on objectives and key results for Global or Regional initiative and projects. Take the lead and deliver on objectives.
- Evaluate and propose new or existing technical IAM systems to support business cases in a hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
- Drive vendor engagements to evaluate products, achieve service levels and resolve technical issues.
- Providing expert guidance and work with Cybersecurity Engineering Client Services (CECS) and regional Business Information Risk Officers in capturing business and security requirements, from conceptual design to solutioning.
- Engage Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) team members on matters related to IAM products and participate to validate and test related solutions.
- Ensuring the processes and technologies are in placed to support the governance and compliance requirements of our Company.

- Foster collaboration, listen and learn from stakeholders and people with different cultures across functional areas.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for two or more IAM capabilities and take ownership of the engineering knowledge domain.
- Mentor and guide junior engineer to become successful SME.
- Supervise contractors and provide guidance on projects, being responsible for their technical deliverables.
- Lead and influence the design and development of IAM products and services. Explore and experiment with new idea, networking to achieve the best outcome for business.
- Ability to work extremely well under pressure while maintaining a professional image and approach.
- Effectively communicate as a technical consultant to both IT and business audiences.

**Education Minimum Requirement**:
BSc Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
Relevant Cybersecurity certifications are desired, for instance, IAM related certifications (e.g. CIAM/CAMS/CIMP), CISSP, CCSP.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Proficient in IAM capabilities of AWS/Azure (e.g. role provisioning and management, cloud HSM, Certificate Management, Private Certificate Authorities).
- Proficient in PKI implementation and certificate lifecycle management solution, SSL certificate management services, hardware security module (HSM) technologies.
- Extensive experience in technologies implemented for the cloud environment will be a plus.
- Practical experience in LDAP or Active Directory Domain Services, endpoint and network security.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to connect with Global or local stakeholders on processes and information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, possess good presentation skills.
