Job Description:

  • Perform lifecycle activities for Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), file, and user permissions, maintaining a consistent and efficient delivery approach.
  • Assist in information collection, preparation, and reviews to support audit, certification, and access remediation.
  • Maintain procedures, administration guides and security review documentation for security solutions.
  • Be a part of the operation team to evaluate major change requests in BAU operations, and provide security advice on potential risk and impact.
  • Set priorities and respond to questions and service requests, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Produce comprehensive IAM documentation suitable for various stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-year experience as an IAM or IT Support Operations Specialist.
  • Preferably with CCNA certified.
  • Familiar with Trend Micro products and experience utilizing the tools.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to owning and resolving problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency.
  • Good understanding of IAM workflow, access control and administration.
  • Ability to balance regulatory standards versus services in order to recommend services that assist with compliance.
