**Our Client**:
Our client is a Global IT Solutions Provider with excellent partnerships with various industries. They are looking for an IAM-AAD Engineer to join their team here in Singapore They tasked with managing IAM and Active Directory solutions daily. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure access controls are secure and efficient. Additionally, they troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing IAM and AD/AAD systems to meet organizational identity and AD requirements.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Develop, construct, and deploy workflows and improvements for the enterprise identity and access management (IAM) platform
- Strategize, design, execute, and manage Active Directory (AD) and associated systems.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated troubleshooting and problem resolution concerning multi-forest Active Directory environments
- Implement, oversee, and update AD architecture
- Collaborate with other teams on AD Integration within a multi-forest Active Directory framework
- Diagnose and address workflow and system issues effectively
- Provide ongoing support for business-as-usual (BAU) operations, including monitoring, upgrades, patching, and configuration adjustments
- Maintain detailed documentation of cloud configurations, processes, and procedures

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of professional experience as an Access Management and Active Directory Consultant/Engineer
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
- Certification in Azure cloud platforms would be advantageous
- Capable of managing Access Management projects comprehensively, including analysis, design, development/configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On principles such as SAML, WS-Fed, OAuth2, and OIDC
- Understanding of Identity Federation, Password-less authentication, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) concepts
- Solid working knowledge of Azure Active Directory
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash
- Sound understanding of directory operations
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, including encryption, digital signatures, and PKI
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including routing, load balancing, and firewall configuration
- Background in both implementing and collaborating with major Identity and Access Management (IAM) vendors or service providers
