Our client is an established Global Technology Solutioning Services Company with large presence in Asia and the rest of the World.

We are assisting them to fill a solid position joining the development team focusing on HRIS SAP Systems. This will lead the system from implementation, enhancement and start support across it’s clients in the region (Asia).

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Will drive the HR process and HRIS strategy, agenda development, execute plans and engage with stakeholders in understanding client HR processes and formulate a process in-relation to HRIS automation.
- Will provide technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to the client’s team.
- Involved in large-scale projects with high level changes, enhancements and re-configurations.

**Position Requirements**:

- Must have a Degree / Diploma in Business, Technology field.
- 4 to 6 years of working experience in SAP, HRIS, Success Factors - regional experience is a strong advantage.
- Technically savvy, understand the technology lingo in Cloud Computing, Application Development, Technology Development.
- Understand HR processes, models and procedures.
- Comfortable working independently, working with virtual teams and travelling.
