About the Team
HR Technology aims to support global HR business success through technology and innovation. HRIS is the sub team of HR Tech, which provides system and platform support for the global HR team through HR information system enhancement.

What You Will Do
1. Understand HR and related processes deeply, through HR information system enhancement to proactively identify ann predict issues and come up with feasible support for the stakeholders.
2. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and successfully make all HRIS requirements and develop and implement various HRIS procedures.
3. Design custom ad hoc reports, and resolve all queries and ensure accuracy in the same. Prepare all business documents and provide upgrades if required. Monitor HRIS systems and maintain the integrity of all data.
4. Prepare high-quality SOP for all system configurations and processes.
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
2. 5-8 years of HRIS experience.
3. 3+ years project management experience, 2+ years people management experience is a plus.
4. Experienced in systems implementation, familiar with HR Software such as Workday, Oracle HCM, People Soft, etc.
5. Good intercultural skills and communication skills.
