Wholesale Trade Manager

Role responsibilities:
This position reports to the director and interfaces with both organisation managers and consumers. Import trading supplies is committed to an employee-orientated, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, continuous improvement, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workplace
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Trainee will be able to establish efficient and efficatious workflows that employees will follow on a day to day basis to ensure daily tasks are completed
2. Trainee will be able to manage current inventory via tasks such as taking inventory daily and checking inventory to ensure quality of stock Trainee will be able to procure required inventory via tasks like liaising with suppliers, negotiating with suppliers and ordering from suppliers
3. Trainee will be able prepare weekly reports showing day to day activities, employee grievances and inventory reports. Trainee will then report back to director with these reports and discuss any changes in SOP or workflow that should be made
