**Roles & Responsibilities**

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop, update and enforce SOPs to ensure that that food safety & quality is not compromised in the entire warehousing and operations process.

2. Develop and implement food health and safety training for all Operations & Warehouse staff - new & existing.

3. Analyze operations efficiency and productivity level and provide recommendation for system (technology) implementation solution by tapping with government initiative/funding.

4. Provide solutions and support in delivery route planning and general operations SOPs to ensure high quality of fresh products delivered.

5. Assess and identify slow moving products (those that move slowly and expire) and collaborate with the sales and purchasing teams to reduce expiry problems.

6. Lead warehouse & operational audits carried out by clients.

7. Employee Duty Roster planning.

8. Collaborate & communicate cross-functionally with related departments to achieve overall goals for food health and safety.

9. Other ad-hoc duties / project as assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements:
4. Strong leadership, proactive, organized, meticulous and able to work well under tight schedules;

5. A clear mind for prioritizing and decision making;

6. A pioneering attitude that is nimble and adaptive;

7. Customer service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skill;

8. Team player and sense of responsibility;

9. Immediate Vacancy and able to commit 5.5 working days.
