**Senior Associate - M&A and Investments

**Role**
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industries or companies. Understand and monitor key value drivers of companies and industries
- Build fundamental equity valuation models from ground up
- Write investment recommendation memos and prepare presentation materials;
- Transaction execution
- Assist in ad-hoc projects.
- Monitor investments and industry trends regularly and provide updates to the team;
- Work closely with RGE business units to achieve strategic objectives

**Requirements**:

- 4 to 8 years in investment banking, transaction advisory firms, or corporate M&A functions
- Strong analytical skills and transaction management experience
- Excellent financial modeling skills
- Details oriented with good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be team player as well as ability to work independently
- Business communication in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
