**Job Description**:
General Support
- Plan, manage and execute the process improvement programs in a digital way.
- Responsible for the execution of the quality improvement projects, promoting quality improvement and meeting the targets set.
- Support operations in identifying, verifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities digitally.
- Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives.
- Develop process analysis and re-engineering to improve efficiency, lower costs and improve service quality.
- Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models and organizational structures.
- Train and guide resources in process improvement techniques.
- Working closely with different operations team to lead them to achieving desired results.
- Coordinate with various teams to analyze project results and performance.
- Assist in development of new process capabilities.
- Perform project management, analytics, and measure to ensure milestones are met and deliverables achieved.
- Identify and manage resources to deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices, and methods.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Management, or Degree in Computer Science
- Excellent skill in using analytical tool/s
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Project management experiences
- System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concept
- Propose solutions to challenges.
