We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to manage organization-level projects covering a broad spectrum of topics and/or responsibility areas as assigned by the Director or Department Head.
Projects undertaken may be related to organization strategic planning, business process transformation, program development and evaluation, performance measurement establishment and monitoring, policy and management analysis, and strategic project advancement and monitoring.
The post-holder must be a quick thinking and multi-skilled professional with great communication, collaboration and multi-tasking abilities.
The commitment to the project is mínimally 18 months.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Project Management, which involves planning and overseeing the development and acceptance of the project objectives and goals
- Communications & Reporting, setting and continuously managing project deliverables with team members and other stakeholders through the establishment and implementation of an effective communication strategy, governance and delivery.
- Project Management Operations
You
- At least 3 years’ working experience, with track record in solving new problems, mitigating project risks and change management
- Participated in a business transformation, organisation development or digitalisation project or program with enterprise-wide impact on key performance indicators
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
- Typically possess a Bachelor's Degree
