As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a continuous improvement (CI) culture focusing on Customers satisfaction, Quality of processes & tools and Cost to Serve by deploying a set of CI competencies, utilizing Lean Six Sigma (L6S) as the CI methodology, and creating transparency to monitor progress, within the area of responsibility; typically Continuous Improvement projects in the local organization with focus on Sales Support, Customer Operations and Sales Operation. Reporting to Sales Operation Manager, you will be providing training and effectively supporting on the deployment and continuous improvement of commercial tools used in the area of responsibility. Be the single point of contact (SPOC) for global customer excellence team in the LSO.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Defining, implementing, and continuously improving within the scope of responsibility (Local Sales support or Customer Operations) the best Customer Journey. Working in cross functional teams that contributes to the overall Customer Success and escalate as necessary to remove roadblocks
- Understanding the LSO’s vision, objectives and improvement needs and suggest projects, improvement actions and L6S tools to achieve objectives. Working with leaders (LSMs) to identify and access the best resources (internal) with which to work
- Being a resource for our customers’ continuous improvement efforts and stay there until the work can be sustained by their own operation. Facilitating coordination of resources (tools/people/functions) as necessary to achieve goals. Customers are required to build up competency and resources to sustain solution. Supporting deployment of LSO strategy through effective utilization of CI resources where needed, within the Functional area of expertise
- Providing organization-wide visibility of the current portfolio of continuous improvement efforts; track via metrics/KPIs progress and value from these efforts in order to help decision makers allocate resources and recognize success, with special focus on operational cost to serve reduction. Working effectively with other CI leaders to standardize processes and develop best practices
- Providing training, coaching and facilitation support to individuals and teams so that they are better equipped to drive their improvement efforts for themselves. Driving standardization and consistency within the L6S project and to make sure the knowledge is well transferred within the community
- Driving transformational projects, within the scope of responsibility, with a hands-on (´Gemba´) and problem-solving approach

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Engineering prefer
- Proficient in oral and written English communication
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in related roles with extensive knowledge of the function and department processes
- Proficiency with programming languages, PowerBI will be a plus
- Analytical skills is a must
- Experience in working in international environments with different cultures and languages and managing stakeholders of varying management levels
- ERP experience (SAP ECC and APO experience is preferred)
