As the member of the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) 17 Program Office, you will participate in the local implementation of the standards for Prudential Singapore. The role is also responsible for the maintenance, development and governance of all the actuarial models for both BAU reporting and Pricing.

Job Profile Summary:

The role is also responsible for the maintenance, development and governance of all the actuarial models for both BAU reporting and Pricing.

**Job Description**:
- Develop / enhance the actuarial models (Prophet and DCS) to incorporate the IFRS17 requirements- Support the merging of IFRS17 related development / enhancement into historic models for transition- Provide guidance and support to other teams for development of the Prophet-based impact assessment and transition tool- Responsible for model development for the new MI and financial analysis- Merge all IFRS17 related changes to the master valuation model- Participate in local and regional system integration testing- Perform model optimization- Work with the Solution workstream to implement any new model control under IFRS17 reporting- Support other workstream- Support BAU work in the Modelling team and any other modelling projects

Who we are looking for:
Competencies & Personal Traits- Passionate about financial reporting- Motivated and pro-active- Detailed oriented and work independently- Strong technical and analytical skills- Committed to excellence and always strive to deliver results with high standards- Good understanding of insurance products- Good working knowledge of Prophet systems and valuation data management program (such as SQL) is a plus

Working Experience- At least 7 years of actuarial experience or any other analytical role

Professional Qualifications- Actuarial qualification is preferred but not necessary.

Education- Degree in Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics or Finance
