There is an exciting, challenging opportunity to join LH2 Financial Reporting Team as an Actuarial Analyst. You will support and coordinate the modelling activities for the business written in the South African market. The modelling team is embedded in Central Life Reserving team in Singapore, which is covering all relevant global and local valuation bases including Solvency II, IFRS17 and SAM.

**Your job**
- Support the regional modelling team on quarterly, annual and other ad-hoc modelling activities at a regional level, to deliver multiple internal and external reporting requirements, including Solvency II, IFRS17 and SAM.
- Maintain and ensure that the valuation data, models and processes are up to date and with appropriate documentation.
- Deliver high-quality modelling outputs to support the local and group reporting requirements.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

**Your profile**
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
- Strong technical and practical knowledge of AXIS (or other modelling software) is preferred.
- Good analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel (can perform complex functions), VBA and ACCESS/SQL will be an advantage.
- Working knowledge of traditional life and health business is an advantage.
