Aon is currently recruiting a **Actuarial Analyst **to join our team in **Aon's Center for Innovation & Analytics (ACIA) Singapore.**

Aon’s Centers for Innovation and Analytics in Dublin and Singapore are at the heart of delivering Aon’s Data & Analytic Services team’s mission to:

- Accelerate the rate of innovation through digital solutions to help better respond to clients’ evolving needs
- Provide foundational data and analytics capabilities in one place for 50,000 Aon colleagues and our global clients who use our risk and people solutions

Established in 2012, there are over 150 colleagues in Singapore’s Centre today including actuaries, software developers, data scientists, financial analysts and accountants. We are expanding rapidly and looking for dedicated individuals who can leverage emerging technologies and collaborate across Aon’s solution lines to help clients and colleagues make better, data-driven decisions today and tomorrow.
**The Opportunity**

The Risk Software team, is part of the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics in Singapore, and creates and develops leading edge analytical software the main product of which is ReMetrica. ReMetrica is Aon’s economic capital modelling tool, designed to allow insurance and reinsurance companies to bring insightful, risk based financial modelling to the forefront of the commercial decision making process. It has been chosen by many of the world’s leading insurers, reinsurers, captives and actuarial consulting firms. ReMetrica is used to make informed, strategic business decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actuarial Analyst to do business analysis for risk modelling software
- Part of the software development team, working in an agile development process
- Work with colleagues to define logic for new features including actuarial logic
- Potentially work with external clients to define and specify client requests
- Potentially do consulting work for clients
- Learn and be knowledgeable about the software and the underlying risk modelling process
- Be a team player communicating with the rest of the team
- Be a team player with colleagues in the Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics and the wider company community
**Requirements**:

- Graduate with a numerical degree
- At least 3 year’s experience working in actuarial analysis or similar statistical analysis
- Preferably experience with scripting languages such as Python
- Preferably experience in general insurance
