Head of Sales and Client Acquisition

Our flagship product, Adroit, is an AI-powered Learning Management System designed to revolutionize learning experiences through AI. We are looking for a highly motivated and proven Senior Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of Adroit.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify, target, and close deals with potential clients across various industries.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and positioning Adroit as the solution to their learning and development challenges.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for Adroit and inform strategic sales initiatives.
- **Sales Presentations and Demos**: Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of Adroit.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company, and successfully close sales deals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities and market demands.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in the CRM system. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- **Proven Track Record**: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a successful track record of selling Learning Management Systems or related SaaS products.
- **Industry Expertise**: Deep understanding of the LMS market, with experience in selling AI-powered or innovative educational technologies.
- **Strong Network**: Established relationships with decision-makers in target industries such as corporate training, educational institutions, and enterprise learning.
- **Sales Skills**: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- **Technical Acumen**: Ability to understand and articulate the technical aspects of Adroit, effectively translating features into client benefits.
- **Self-Motivated**: A driven individual with a proven ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage a sales pipeline.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with AI-powered solutions or other advanced technologies in the learning and development space.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Experience in international sales or expanding into new markets.
